Because our clients are homeless and live in poverty, they are isolated from the majority of society and remain largely voiceless. We are looking for individuals who would simply be willing to come and listen to our clients' stories, (thus helping to give them a voice) and then take what they see and hear back to the communities they are already a part of.
We will provide guidance and support for Bridge Builders to make sure they feel comfortable and safe so they can carry on conversations with individuals who are homeless in an authentic and mutually beneficial manner.
There are no requirements for this position except a willingness to listen to others and a desire to share what you learn.
