History
Initially, A Safe Journey existed to assist with the various needs of homeless and at-risk women; in particularly to educate women about unhealthy and healthy relationships, all the while offering a safe, non-judgmental environment in which they are able to express feelings, share experiences, and alleviate the sense of loneliness.
Since its inception, A Safe Journey has grown to include other supportive counseling services which are being offered to men in addition to women. These additional services include Anger Management, Life Skills, Grief and Loss, and Self-esteem.
