Case Management

A Partner, An Advocate, A Friend

“How do I get into housing?” “How can I get my State ID?” “Where is the closest shelter?”

Every day, NOAH case managers field questions like these as they help clients navigate a complex journey to stability. Case Management (like all services at NOAH) is available without qualifications or restrictions and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis to 20 individuals Monday through Thursday beginning at 10:30am.

Case Management at NOAH provides:

  • Referrals for food, clothing, and shelter
  • Support in navigating the process to gain housing
  • Transportation assistance
  • Aid in gaining identification such as birth certificates and State IDs
  • Assistance in accessing substance abuse services

Thanks to Back Alley Bikes, our class participants learned how to take apart and fix donated bicycles over a two-week period. At the end of the program, they get to keep their bike as a means of transportation around the city.

Thanks to the NOAH Board for collecting coffee for the Bag Lunch Program! Are you looking for a way to support NOAH, but aren't able to volunteer regularly or sponsor a lunch date? Memorial Day weekend is coming up soon. If you're having a gathering, tell your guests that you're collecting items for NOAH! We're currently in need of travel size hygiene items and new men's underwear.

Contact info@noahprojectdetroit.org if there's something else you'd like to collect and to set up a time to drop donations off.
