Sponsor a Lunch

Join the NOAH Family

The NOAH Project would not be able to operate without the immense generosity of our volunteers. Whether they come just once or every day, volunteers at the NOAH Project are a part of the NOAH family. We invite you to volunteer with us in any number of ways, based on your interests and availability.

Volunteer Opportunities

Bag Lunch Program:

If you would like to volunteer and help serve during our Bag Lunch Program, we currently host volunteers from 9:15am-12:15pm on Mondays through Thursdays. If you are interested in volunteering, please use our online form to sign up for a date.

If you have questions about volunteering with the Bag Lunch Program, please contact Chelsea Williams at cwilliams@noahprojectdetroit.org for more information.

Community Center Programming:

We are currently seeking volunteers to facilitate the Computer Training Lab. If you are interested in volunteering in the NOAH Computer Lab or if you have an idea or a project you would like to share, please send an email to info@noahprojectdetroit.org to discuss your interests and availability.

Long-term Volunteering:

NOAH relies on a number of long-time volunteers who assist us in a variety of ways. If you are recently retired and would like to discuss the possibility of volunteering on a consistent basis over a longer period of time, please contact us.

It's the smiles on people's faces like James, who just received his keys, that remind us of the importance of meeting people where they are, and building trust and companionship. ...
